KELLY BAETH
[ BROKER ]
Kelly was born and raised in the New London-Spicer area and then went on to Mankato State University where he earned his degree in Elementary Education. Kelly continued his teaching career in Woodbury, MN for 8 years before returning to New London-Spicer to begin his real estate career.
Kelly received his real estate Salesperson’s license in 2007 and his Broker’s license in 2010. Kelly’s patience, professionalism, and knowledge of the business has made him one of the Top Producing Realtors in the area! His passion and drive for the business is what clients experience and benefit from each step of the way whether they’re buying or selling. Kelly makes himself available for any questions or concerns that arise during the process so that buying or selling your home is a stress-free experience.
Kelly enjoys spending time with his three daughters and wife, Brooke. His family loves the outdoors. You will likely find them playing golf, games in the backyard, or spending time at the lake with grandparents.
EARL RICH
[ REALTOR ]
Earl is a 1985 graduate of New London- Spicer High School. After high school, he went on to graduate from Southwest State University in Marshall, MN in 1991 with a degree in Elementary Education and Coaching. In 1992 he purchased a pet food business, Pepper’s Pride Pet Foods, and operated the business for four years before selling it to one of his kennel vendors. In 1996 Earl obtained his real estate license, and he has been selling real estate ever since. In 2013, he joined up with Matt Olson and Kelly Baeth at NLRE.
Through his college education and participation in high school and college sports, Earl learned the importance of patience and being understanding of people’s needs. This has been very beneficial to his real estate career. His goal is to assist buyers and sellers in making sound decisions, not only for today but for future re-sale as well.
Earl loves spending time with his 4 girls and wife, Lynn. All of his girls are active in sports and the outdoors, which provides them with great quality time together.
BRICE HEDRICK
[ AG & REC SPECIALIST ]
Brice Hedrick has been active in real estate in the greater west central Minnesota area for over 20 years and is a licensed Certified General Appraiser. During this time, he has provided valuations and consulting services on a wide variety of properties including dry crop, irrigated, and recreational lands, farm headquarters, grain and livestock facilities, rural residential properties, lake shore residences, single family, and other investment real estate. Brice previously worked for AgCountry Farm Credit Services as Minnesota’s Team Lead.
Brice obtained his real estate license in early 2022 and assisted several clients with large agricultural and recreational properties stretching from NW Minnesota to SE Minnesota. In late 2023, Brice joined the team at New London Real Estate. Brice is committed to assisting his clients with their properties as he understands the great value and emotional tie that real estate uniquely holds to each buyer and seller.
Outside of work, Brice spends the majority of his time in outdoor activities that include hunting, fishing and camping, as well as spending time on his own recreational property. Sharing these experiences with his wife and three sons is one of his biggest passions.
JAYME SCZUBLEWSKI
[ REALTOR & MARKETER ]
Jayme grew up in Pierz, MN and moved to the Willmar Lakes Area after graduating from Minnesota State University - Mankato in 2015. With a background in both business management and marketing, she spent the first decade of her career working in the advertising agency world. Jayme has a multi-faceted skillset and dabbles in a wide variety of creative avenues such as photography, design, videography, social media and brand strategy. Regardless of the task at hand, her biggest joy comes from helping people.
Near the end of 2023, Jayme’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to pursue a new career path in real estate. She is now a licensed agent focused on serving Kandiyohi + Chippewa County, and is also in charge of handling NLRE’s marketing.
Some of Jayme’s favorite things include traveling, getting competitive at just about any sport, cooking new foods, laughing with friends + family, admiring good design and sipping on a nice latte or cocktail.
KATHIE LINDER
[ INTERIOR DESIGNER ]
Kathie Linder is an ASID Interior Designer and draftsman. As an Interior Designer she works alongside architects and builders from the initial planning phases of a project to bring the design concept to life. She is able to provide her clients a variety of design services from visual planning concepts with 3D renderings to full project contracting from start to finish. Each design project is custom tailored to the client and she loves to create spaces that clients are excited and proud to call their own.
After leading the New London Real Estate office in renovation in 2019, Kathie joined the NLRE team to assist our clients in the selling and staging process of their properties. Did you know a staged home sells 76% faster and for 6%-8% higer dollar value than an un-staged home? It takes a buyer 12 seconds to fall in love with a property, Kathie can help make that property yours.
Outside of Interior Design Kathie manages local vacation rentals through Cabin Keys Vacation Rentals and is a yoga instructor. Kathie enjoys travel, adventure and spontaneity. She dabbles in Feng Shui and loves any opportunity to breathe new life into old things. A perfect day for her is spent on the water and chasing the sun with her family and friends. Kathie lives in Spicer with her husband and children.
RON BAETH
[ ALMOST RETIRED ;) ]
Receiving a broker’s license in 1980, Ron has been active in the real estate industry for decades! After a 25-year career in the banking industry at Lake Region Bank in New London and an 8-year career in sales and consulting for a financial software company, Ron partnered with Harold Young and Roger Iverson in the ownership of New London Real Estate, Inc. After a few years, Ron became sole owner of the company. He is now involved in an advisory capacity and has limited his duties to allow for new ownership. Kelly Baeth is now the company’s active broker and is co-owner with Earl Rich.
Being an active member of the community since 1968, both professionally and socially, Ron has demonstrated a sincerity and dedication to meet the needs of clients. Having grown up in a small town in North Dakota, he knows the importance of building a reputation of trustworthiness and respect. He enjoys working with people of all ages and continues to keep updated to meet the demands of the real estate industry.
Ron enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting—but most of all he enjoys his role as a father (daughter Rhonda & son Kelly), father-in-law (Brooke) and grandpa (Sam, Delaney & Reese). Oh, and his wife, Linda, said he’s a pretty awesome husband, too. Ron is proud to be part of the New London-Spicer-Willmar community and looks forward to representing the company in the area’s real estate needs.
